We’ll create a budget plan for your wedding and steer you through service costs in the wedding world.
Vendor Contracts Review | $150.00
We examine bids and contracts from your vendors and can help point out any areas requiring further discussion/negotiation before signing on the dotted line.
Wedding Rehearsal | $150.00
This is very helpful when your Wedding Officiator is a friend or family member with little experience. We work on your processional, recessional, and receiving lines. Includes consultation and 1-hour rehearsal.
UNDER $300 – ‘SO HAPPY TOGETHER’ Services
Planning Consultation | $250.00
To get the most out of your planning time, we ask that you arrive prepared for the meeting and bring all of your great ideas and questions. A Planning Consultation is 3-hours long (this can be broken into two, 1.5 hour meetings) and can be scheduled at different times throughout your planning process. A full contract must be paid at the time of booking.
Wedding Site Assessment | $250.00
Whether planning for a home wedding or a unique venue, we will do a site inspection and provide you with a professional opinion for the best floor plan, budget ideas, and event timeline for your dream wedding.
Setup or Breakdown | $275.00
Assistance in setting up all of your finishing touches from Guest Book, Favors, Candle Lighting, Seating Chart, and Placecard arrangements. We take care of it for you.
UNDER $500 – ‘POWER OF LOVE’ Services
Vendor Referral or Vendor Selection Assistance | $350.00
We listen as you reveal your vision of the wedding day and guide you to use the most appropriate vendors. We work well with everyone! Very helpful when planning from afar.
Event Coaching & Consulting | $450.00
We’ll brainstorm ideas with you, help manage your budget, and discover the best way to share your love story. We’ll answer etiquette questions, help come up with your event design, and smoothly guide you through wedding planning.
UNDER $1000 – ‘SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED’ Services
Perfect Wedding Site | $550.00
We carefully research locations for your ceremony or reception site. After a consultation to discuss your needs, taste, and budget – we’ll begin to narrow the search until we find your perfect site and assist you in negotiating a contract! Ask about pricing for Rehearsal Dinner & Brunch Venues.
Ceremony Coordination | $550.00
Assistance on your wedding day for the Ceremony only. Bridal Party guidance, cueing of music, and helping you through the ‘I Do’s!’ Perfect when your ceremony is in a different location than the reception – or when your venue will handle the timeline. This includes 1-hour rehearsal.
Reception Coordination | $950.00
At the Wedding Reception, we work as the ‘Director’ to ensure reception flows smoothly and follows the timeline of Bride & Groom, vendors, and venue. Perfect when your reception is in a different location than the ceremony. Includes pre-wedding details consultation. (May not be combined with Ceremony Coordination. When both are desired we offer ‘Day-Of’ Coordination.)
